He is survived by : his wife Dee Noffsinger of Clay Center; and his children, Steve Noffsinger of Castle Rock, Colorado. and Julie (Timothy Nosal) of Decatur. He is also survived by One grandson, 3 step granddaughters and 4 step great grandchildren.
