He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Meyer and Merrill Meyer (VonSteen); and his brother Gary Meyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lewis (Cody) and Sarah Altenhofen (Patrick); his grandchildren, Daniel, Gwyn, Nolan, Will and Ellie; and his siblings, Cheryl Hill (Ken) and Kevin Meyer (Marty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
