“I remember Uncle Doug like yesterday is still here. All the Aunts and Uncles would meet at our Grandparents farm, Lena and Landon McCoy's, on weekends. A big meal would be prepared by our Aunts and Grandma while we youngsters played and visited with each other. Uncle Doug was always smiling and so friendly to all of us. Our parents would play cards in the afternoon while we kids talked and visited and played outside on the tire swing having a great time. He will always be remembered with love.”
