He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Sr. Miller and Barbara Miller (Anderson); and his sister-in-law Linda Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Miller, Eugene Wellbank (Lynn) and Kim Clapshaw (Guy). He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
