It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marie Morelock of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Janice Marie leaves upon our hearts remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph J. Bewley and Gladys Hansen Bewley; her friend Henry Goodpasture; and her son-in-law Jake Cummins. She is survived by : her children, Brandy Cummins of Topeka, KS, Norman "Nick" Ford, Jr. of Atchison, KS and Robert "Jamie" Ford of Atchison, KS; her sisters, Judy Stiffler of Rushville, MO and Janey Grebe; her friends, Darren "Elmo" Kastens, Miriam Donovan and Shelia Heintzleman; and also Gary Bewley of Atchison, KS. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 17860 274th Rd, Atchison, KS 66002.
