He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Enzbrenner; his children, Brenda Brull (Mark), Jerry Dean Urban and Scott E. Urban; his brother Kenny Urban (Mary); his sister-in-law Becky Urban; his grandchildren, Alex Brull, Kendra Brull, Bethany Urban and Henry Urban; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Urban, Jeff Urban, Shelly Erhart, Tim Urban and Erin Dunn.
