It is with sadness that the passing of Kathleen M. Butler of Atchison, Kansas is shared. Kathleen, born on June 23, 1950, passed away on July 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Kathleen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Kathleen by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Kathleen is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Kathleen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bell and Evelyn Bell (Bezdek); and her husband David Butler. She is survived by: her children, Greg Butler (Tanya) of Troy, KS and Shari Roth (Chad) of Newton, KS; her siblings, Jim Bell (Lori) and Carol McClanahan (Don) of Wichita, KS; and her sister-in-law Kelley Butler of Norman, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Elks National Foundation or the AllWays Community Health Clinic and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
