He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dr. Leonard Worman and Donald Worman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Worman; his children, Peter Worman, Karen Kehrees (Tony) and Beth Gallagher (Richard); his grandchildren, Makena and Maddox; his daughter Theresa Worman; and his brothers, Robert Worman and Michael Worman.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Benedict Parish, Catholic School or KU Medical Center (to support Alzheimer's research) and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
