She is survived by: her sons, Michael Schmiedeler (Mary Beth) and David Schmiedeler; her grandchildren, Samantha Zachary, Andrew Schmiedeler (Monica), Amy Sauerman (Matt), Laura Schmiedeler, Jacob Zachary and Steven Schmiedeler; her great grandchildren, Daniel and Nathan Sauerman; and her sister-in-law Salie Holthaus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
