It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Browne of Atchison, Kansas, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. You may also light a candle in honor of Michael Joseph Browne.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Michael Browne and Mary Isabelle O'farrell; his wife, Paula Amrein; and his siblings, John Browne (Susan) of Wichita, KS, Edward Browne (Patti) and Mary McCusky (Scott) of Madison, IN. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Benedictine Sisters at Mount St. Scholastica, St. Benedict's Abbey, Little Sisters of the Poor or Mexican Sisters and may be sent to Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, 208 North 5th Street, Atchison, Kansas 66002.
