In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Patricia had on those she encountered along her journey. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bunck and Mary Bunck (Miller). She is survived by: her husband William Gates of Joseph's Church; her daughter Sarah Mata (Chase); her grandchildren, Shelby Mata, Rory Mata and Catherine Mata; and her siblings, Annette Bunck, Janice Lott (Jack) and Michael Bunck (Karen). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parish Rosary And (113 S 3rd St, Atchison, KS 66002). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (801 Spring Garden St, Atchison, KS 66002).
