He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Leo "Jiggs" Arensberg and Mary Louise Arensberg (Martin); his brother Richard "Dick" Arensberg; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Lou Arensberg and Bill Irons.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Broderick; his children, Brent Arensberg (Laura), Brian Arensberg (Amy), Robert Arensberg (Christine), Mark Arensberg (Sue) and Cara Cullor (Chaney); and his sister Mary Ann "Sally" Irons. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, one great grandchild.
