He is survived by: his parents, Gary McGregor (Rebecca) and Donna Swank (Chuck); and his brothers, James McGregor (Peggy) and William McGregor (Jann). He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews and two step nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home (208 N 5th St, Atchison, KS 66002). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
