She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Luther and Clara P. Van Horn (Teichman); and her siblings, Charles, Arthur Van Horn, Cora Thorpe, Mary Ellen Riddle, Anna Sowers and Pearl Lentz.
She is survived by : her husband John L. Carr. She is also survived by her numerous nephews and nieces.
