He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Bruce of Atlanta; his siblings, Joe Bruce (Tonya) of Atlanta, Rick Crowley (Dorothy) of Cambridge, Robert Crowley (Becky) of Arkansas City and Gayle Henning; his sister-in-law Peggy Bruce; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Stanley (Tyler) of Atlanta, Bo Bruce of Winfield and Maci Burrow (Toby) of Winfield; his great-nieces, Harper, Nykole and Suni Jo; and his great-nephew Baylor.
A memorial has been established in Jay's name for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
