He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Francis and Evelyn Francis; and his brother Marlan. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Carol Bush Wichita (Don Schilling) and Jon Francis (Tammy); his siblings, Joyce Waggoner and Gene Francis (Connie) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Anne Marie Bush, Justin Bush (Katie), Emily Bush, Newton, Kayla Fobes and Jagger Francis; and his great grandchildren, Felicity, Malakhi, Carter, Ferris and Elliotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center Scholarship Fund at Kansas State University, in care of Livingston's Funeral Home in Kingman.
