He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Sabatka and Pauline Sabatka (Holub); his former life partner Rosalie Irene Curtin; his siblings, Viktor, Emily, Beata Vrbas (Frank) and Agnes Reeh (Albert); and his sons, Kenneth and Jim (Jim).
He is survived by : his daughters, Catherine and Clara Collins (Christi); his wife Elizabeth Marie Collins (Schmidt); his daughter-in-law Rhonda Sabatka (Kenneth); his daughters, Janiece Vohland (Larry) and Cathy Block (George); his daughter-in-law Linda Robb-Sabatka (Jim); his children, Lisa Moos (Brad), John Sabatka (Shelly) and Claire [Christi] Erwin (Bob); and his grandchildren, Adam Sabatka (Alexa), Jacque Reinert (Justin), Kristen Reinert, Megan McInnis (Ben), Natalie Block, Emily Przybysz (Eric), Lauren Watts (Christopher), Dalton Shoop, Connor, Callie Moos, Randi, Jay, Joe Sabatka, Ben and Samantha Erwin. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
