He was predeceased by : his sister Kylee Jo Donnelly; and his grandparents, John'Jack', Arel'Irene'Donnelly, Dallas, Norma Power and Larry Ketter.

He is survived by : his wife Ashley Dawn Rhone; his children, Ethan'Big', Dylan'Middle' and Braxton'Little'; his parents, John Donnelly and Linda Donnelly; his siblings, Angela and Little'Sean Donnelly; his parents-in-law, Gina and Doug Rhone; his grandfather-in-law Beverly Ketter; his siblings-in-law, Jessica (Matt) and Andrew Rhone (Kayla); his nieces and nephews, Michele Houghton (Michael), Keeli Rhone, Dallas Smith, Tucker Rhone, Xavier and Ben; and his great-niece Laken Houghton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made out to the Mike Donnelly Children's Memorial Fund and sent to Blue Cross Blue Shield Credit Union 1010 SW Tyler, Topeka, KS 66612.
