He was predeceased by: his mother Florence M. Palmer (Buchanan); and his brothers, Harry and Dean Palmer. He is survived by: his father Glen H. Palmer; his daughters, Lora Newins (Jim) and Brenda Palmer; his grandchildren, Rachel Maldonado (Jonathan), Kelli Gwaltney (Michael) and Ray Newins (Caitlin); and his great grandchildren, Alex, Mayra, Alina, Mia, Theo and Brooks.
