He is survived by: his mother Virginia Kathryn Smith (McElroy) of Wichita, KS; his wife Amanda Montgomery of Augusta, KS; his children, Bryan Smith (Becky Smith) of Augusta, KS, Brandon of Augusta, KS and Nichole Smith (Madison) of Denver, CO; and his sister Kristie Shoemake (Steve Shoemake) of Cleveland, OK.
