It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Marie Powell of Augusta, Kansas, born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Spresser and Anna Spresser (Kamphause); her spouse Newman Boyd Powell; her brother Charles Spresser (Bernice); her brother-in-law Jim Reeves; and her grandson Kevin McDade.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Brill (Debbie) of Mulvane, Lynda McDade of Winfield and Cheryl Spires (Andy) of El Dorado; her grandchildren, Jennifer King, Shane Spires, Christina Spires, Kimberly McDade and Jessica Carey; her great grandchildren, Chastian, Amelia, Eloise, Preston, Skyanna and Kai; and her sister Norma Reeves.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to St. James Catholic Church, left in care of Dunsford Funeral Home.
