He was predeceased by : his mother Elda Miller (Fletchall); his sons, Wade Allan and Cris Lavalle Miller; and his siblings, Lee Miller and Rochelle Smith.

He is survived by : his spouse Ellyn Jo Miller (Reynolds). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
