He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Hizey (Weirich) and Roy Hizey; his wife Virginia Hizey (Newton); his brothers, Don, Tom and Rick Hizey; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Hizey, Jane Washburn, Kelly Newberry and Roger Batson; and his close friend Darlene Ward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Turpin (Dave) of Augusta, KS and Diane Kiser (Mike) of Augusta, KS; his grandchildren, Brian (Natalie), Kenny (Nicole), Kevin Turpin (Julie), Angie Koehn (Sam), Mitch Kiser (Ali) and Jill Bybee (Tom); his great grandchildren, Annie, Chloe, Dalton, Holly, Addy, Briggs, Ragen, Cal Turpin, Maren, Edy Kiser, Emmitt, Elise Koehn, Lilly, Madi and Sadie Bybee; his siblings, Ted Hizey (Sandra) of Galesburg, KS and Judy Newberry of Galesburg, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Newton (Carolyn), Frank Washburn, Mary Hizey, Chris Hizey, Carolyn Newmaster (Mike) and Margie Batson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
