She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Jean Hayworth; and her siblings, Priscilla Ray Bordwell, Pamela Kay Rozar and Michael Ellis Crawford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
