He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert, Richard, Larry, Thomas Rubeck and Joan Rubeck.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rubeck; his daughters, Donna Bennett (Jerry) of Garnett, KS and Anne Rubeck of Overland Park, KS; his sisters, Judy Leary of Falmouth, ME and Karen O'Keefe (Mike) of Stevens Point, WI; his grandsons, Blake (Sophia), Jacob (Wendee) and Evan Bennett (Alexis); his great grandchildren, Colton, Eleanor, Grady, Dakota and Maverick Bennett; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tyler and Lane Lord. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (1012 E Belmont Ave, Augusta, KS 67010). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Calvary Cemetery (5603 SW 85th St, Augusta, KS 67010).
