He was predeceased by : his parents, Uvah Evans (Renard) and John Evans; and his brother Jim Evans (Sandy Gore Evans). He is survived by : his wife Sandra Sue Rollins of Augusta, KS; his children, Stephanie Ashlock (Gary), Nicole Evans, Donna Bates (Jake), Ronda Lemke (David) and Daren Bannon (Mary); his grandchildren, Karah, Rikki, Brandyn, Elexis, Chase, Samantha, John, Logan, Gordon and Duncan; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Lester (Rob), Jamie Evans (Amanda), Holly Evans and Mike Evans (Brandy). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
