It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Russell Stener of Augusta, Kansas, born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Stener and Jane Stener; his brother Eugene Stener; and his daughter-in-law Tracy. He is survived by: his children, Stephan Stener of Eureka, KS, Shane Stener of Reece, KS and Leahya Mitchell of Augusta, KS; his sister Mary Mayhew (Terry) of Plains, KS; and his grandsons, Landon and Dominic Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial funds will be given to Eureka AA in honor of Kenneth Stener. Donations can be made to Eureka AA in care of Heritage Funeral Home Andover, KS.
