She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Joseph Hajek and Evelyn Hajek (Voress); her sons, Leon and David; and her sister Cecilia Shenold.
She is survived by: her sons, Rev. John Lanzrath and Jerome Lanzrath; her granddaughter Jessica Glenn (Eric); her sons, Leighann Cyrus, Xavier and Gabriel; and her great grandchildren, Kinley and Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
