He was predeceased by : his parents, Virginia Francis (McCurry) and Frank Burris Chance; his wife Lois Irene Chance (Goucher); and his sister Phyllis Mitchell. He is survived by : his children, Bob Chance (Connie), Bryan Chance (Dulcie), Bruce Chance (Jill), Kim Franklin and Kathy Wiens (Aaron); and his close friend Opal Alford. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
