Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis Joan Ulshafer of Augusta, Kansas, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 86, on December 15, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, James John and Doris John (Breedlove); her children, John Allen Neff and Lonetta Marie Krack; and her sister Diane Lynn John.

She is survived by : her son Randy Welch of Augusta; her siblings, Jim John of Wichita and Vickie Shue of Andover; and her grandchildren, Mckenzie Barnes (Tyler), Garrett Neff, Amanda Krack, Jamie Krack and Jeremy Wilson. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
