He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucile Leonard (Mills) and Floyd Andrew Leonard; and his sisters, Dorthy Shurley and Nancy Marcum. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lumley (Leslie) of Sedan, KS and Jamie Leonard of Augusta, KS; his brother Ronald Leonard of Augusta, KS; and his grandchildren, David Lumley (Cesalee) and Devin Lumley (Monica). He is also survived by 5 great grandsons.
