He is survived by: his children, Olivia Eagleson (Josh) of Augusta, KS, Stephen Self (Kristie) of Augusta, KS and Jennifer Self; his siblings, Timothy Self (Debbie) of Andover, KS, Sally Edwards of Haysville, KS, Patricia Schuyler (Rick) of Derby, KS, Randy Self (Facia) of Douglass, KS and Paul Self (Mary) of Augusta, KS; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Avery Eagleson, Jessalyn, Brielle and Kylan Self.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Headley Funeral Chapel (813 State St, Augusta, KS 67010).
