He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Miller); his children, William "Bill" Bassett of Towanda, KS, John Bassett (LaRonna) of Augusta, KS and Regina Phillips of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Candace Beisel (Neil), Johnathon Bassett (Kelsey) and Tucker Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Eli Smith, IV, Beisel, Braydon Shea and Wesley Bassett.
