She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hendrix and Willa Mae Hendrix (Rush); her husband Jim; her great grandchild Cole Scott; and her siblings, Bud Hendrix, Jean Mahaffey and Betty Roberts.

She is survived by: her children, Corky Cook (Tamara), Jamie Ketley (Ben), Traci Hayden (Kevin) and Brent Cook; her grandchildren, Josh Cook, Josh Scott, Erika Roberts, Tyler Scott, Cory Scott, Jake Cook, Logan Hayden, Trey Hayden and Courtney Nance; and her brother Lee Hendrix (Jan). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions to be made out to the Lincoln Elementary School, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
