He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Mary A. Kuckelman (Carroll); and his siblings, William Kuckelman and Carolyn Mulryan. He is survived by: his wife Lois Engelken of Mary's Church; his children, Jeff Kuckelman (Jan) of Lewis, Kansas, Angie Kleidosty of Tonganoxie, Kansas, Cheryl Houck of Berryton, Kansas and Rebecca Moodie (Ryan) of Shawnee, Kansas; his sisters, Sara Kramer of Weatherford and Alice Hammes of Seneca; and his grandchildren, Jarrod Kuckelman, Elena Kuckelman, Ryan Kuckelman, Dylan Kleidosty, Sam Kleidosty, Claire Kleidosty, Jack Moodie and Magnus Moodie.
Memorials may be given in Jody's memory to Nemaha Valley Community Hospital and sent in care of the family.
