We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2025, at the age of 90, Jean M. Soden of Baldwin City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th St, Hiawatha, KS 66434).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Todd Widman Memorial Scholarship fund, sent in care of the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home.
