He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clyde and Bernice Russ (Kummert); his son Robert Russ; his granddaughter Emily Russ; and his siblings, Frankie Russ and Linda Russ.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Purdy; his children, Ginger Russ, Kyrah Nachriner, TeAnn Russ, Josh Russ, Roger Russ and Chris Russ; and his siblings, Larry Russ, Jimmy Russ and Laura Russ. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
