He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjaman George and Rosella Beor; his former life partner Sherrian Richardson; his wife Violet Pence; his sister Arlene Locke (Horace); his children, Shelly and Bryan; and his niece Emily Jones.

He is survived by : his sisters, Marge Bower (Gale), Barbie Synder and Mary Campbell (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.

Judy Ballinger wrote a sympathy message

“To Fred’s family and loved ones, we are so sorry for your loss. We live 2 doors down from Fred and he was one of the first people to welcome us when we moved in. He and Brad talked a lot and discovered a mutual love of bowling. Fred got Brad bowling with him at KC Bowl and they enjoyed spending time together. He was our go-to guy for any car questions and he was always leaving us desserts he had baked. He was such a kind, sweet man and we will miss him very much. Brad & Judy Ballinger”
