He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Billings and Charlotte Billings; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Billings; his children, Kelli Billings Snider (Isaac), Jeffrey Billings (Misty), Jenny Laffoon (Randy) and Eric Klamm (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Damien Laffoon (Mary), Gabriel Laffoon (Kayla), Sebastian Laffoon, Summer Billings, Lochlyn Billings and Loki Billings; his great grandchild Declan Laffoon; and his sister Vickie Brooks (Tracy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
