He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Genovese and Laura Genovese (Sposato). He is survived by: his wife Jane of Clark's American Bandstand; his daughters, Julie Hammer (Eric) of Boone, Iowa and Melissa Anderson (Mark) of Urbandale, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Joni King (Quinton), Christina Schell (Greg), Alaina Matteuzzi (Brad), Madison Anderson and Mackenzie Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Caroline and Preston King.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation, honoring Ross's compassionate spirit and desire to help others.
