He was predeceased by: his parents, George Simon Nicholas and Naomi Klinkenberg (Hill); and his siblings, George Earl Klinkenberg and Carrie Mae Klinkenberg Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Robin; his children, Cynthia Lynn Weir (Robert), Theresa Kay Gordzica (Alexander), William Dean Klinkenberg (John Mullarkey) and Kevin Mark Klinkenberg (Jamie Andersen); his grandchildren, Andrew Bradley Weir, Alice Eden Klinkenberg Andersen and Noelle Renee Klinkenberg Andersen; his stepgrandchildren, Alexander Michael Gordzica and Christina Elizabeth Elder (Ryan); and his brothers, John Klinkenberg of Basehor and James Klinkenberg of Suwanee, Georgia.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Klinkenberg Scholarship Fund at the Basehor-Linwood Education Foundation or the ALS Association.
