She is survived by: her daughter Anna Lynnette Lewis-Osburn (Ted Osburn) of Baxter Springs, KS.; her granddaughters, Annastacia Lynn Elton (David Duane Woodward IV) of Miami, OK, Anissa Lynnette Lewis (William Jerry Wader III) of Miami, OK, Kimberly Sue Lewis of Joplin, MO, Jasmine Lee Dame of Galena, KS and Ariel Renae Dame of Columbus, KS.; and her great grandchildren, Alexia Marie Antoinette Elton, Isabella Ann Elton, Timprince June Burton, Scarlett Lynn Woodward, David Duane Woodward V, William Jerry Wader IV and Iris Brook Wader.
