He is survived by: his children, Chastity Caccamisi and Bradley Bolin (Krisinda); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Mullen (Cade), Autumn Russell (Austin), Isabella Caccamisi and Claire Bolin; his great grandchild Raymond Knox Mullen; his children, Brittany Mercer Slimp and Brelee Mercer; his grandchildren, Hunter and Madison Slimp; and his siblings, Freddie Bolin, Nancy Preddy, Joyce Blizzard and Steve Bolin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
