She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Speer; and her parents, Elza Alexander and Goldie Alexander. She is survived by: her son Lional Outt (Marie) of Columbus, KS; her grandchildren, Chris Outt of Tulsa, OK and Caren Hall (Ray Vazquez) of Baxter Springs, KS; her great grandchildren, Justin Hall, Lilliana Vazquez and Adriana Vazquez; and her cousins, Teresa Edwards of Cherokee County, KS and Regina Daily of Oklahoma City, OK..

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Derfelt Funeral Home - Baxter Springs (328 E 12th St, Baxter Springs, KS 66713).
