He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Crockett and Kathryn Crockett (Peace); his sister JoAnnn Abernathy; and his niece Shelly Abernathy Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Thompson (Mark) and Traci Cook of Miami, OK; his sister Jeanette Crockett; and his grandchildren, Laci O'Leary, Kassi Spencer, Randi Brase, Zachary Thompson, Justus Washburn, Jaden Washburn and Kendryck Cook. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
