He is survived by: his wife Diane Mai; his children, Shane Mai (Christy Herron), Scott Mai (Julie), Troy Mai (Sarah) and Pam Carley (Todd); his grandchildren, Milo (Ashlei), Maverick, Tierney, Micah, Cameron, Maguire, Andie, Merrick, Meridyth, Malachi and Adalynne; his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Macie; his mother Emma Jean Mai; and his siblings, Michael Mai (Diana), Mark Mai (Annette) and Robin Leiker.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be sent to the Joplin Humane Society in honor of Randy.
