He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Young (Roam); his daughter Pamela Dean (Young); and his parents, William K. Young and Lucille Young (Edwards) of Joplin. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Young of Baxter Springs and Christopher Young of Lake Worth; and his brother Bill Young of Montana. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
