He was predeceased by : his father Walter Lewis; his siblings, Carl Lewis, Walter Lewis, Jr., Dale Dardenne, Barbara McLean and Doris Ellen Lewis; his daughter Sharri Cosper; his stepdaughter Lorena Daxaca; and his great grandchild Joshua Scott Daniel, Jr..
He is survived by : his wife Helen Lewis; his children, Billy Lewis of Pineville, MO., Shawn Lewis (Julie), Tina Long (Matthew) of Anderson, MO. and Angie Beaudry (Tim) of Pineville, MO; his stepson Gary Burke (Lori); his sister Ethel Jordan (Nick); and the mother of his children Sharon Lewis. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
