Ethel Kay Foos Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Kay Foos of Bazine, Kansas, who passed away on March 24, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Wittman and Wilma Wittman (Hoersch); her parents-in-law, Henry and Elizabeth Foos; her son-in-law Gene Mudd; and her brothers, Raymond Wittman, Calvin Wittman, Leonard Foos, Melford (Helen Schaben), Floyd (Enid Foos) and Max (Alberta Douglas).

She is survived by: her children, Allen Foos (Elizabeth Rambo) of Burlington, OK, Curtis Foos of Ness City, Kimberly Mudd (Ray Frederick) of Wichita, Debbie Foos of Ness City and Sheila Rehder (Tim) of Lenexa; her sisters, Ardella Gathman (Urban) of Longview, TX and Willetta Bieker (Alex) of McCook, NE; her sister-in-law Earlene Wittman of Bazine; and her grandchildren, Caleb Foos (Jade), Colin Foos (Katren), Cailin Hamilton (Dylan), J. T. Rehder and John Rehder. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Paul Congregational Church, Bazine Cemetery Fund, or Bazine Fire Department.
