He is survived by: his children, Debra Mayes (Larry), David Holthaus (Leslie), Doug Holthaus and Dennis Holthaus; his sister Jeanette Borgerding; his grandchildren, Kelli Govert (AJ), Kashli Diedrich (Rex), Holly Holthaus, Diane Mayes, Rachel Holthaus and Nick Mayes; and his great grandchildren, Derek Govert and Linnette Diedrich.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated at a later time.
